• Quote requests: when you ask for installer quotes we collect your name, mobile number, email address and postcode, plus your express consent to be contacted.
• Calculator inputs are not stored: the figures you enter into our savings calculator are processed in your browser only and are never sent to us.

2. Why we collect it

We collect your quote-request details for the sole purpose of connecting you with up to 3 solar installers so they can provide quotes. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.

When you submit a quote request and give consent, we disclose your name, phone number, email and postcode to up to 3 solar installation businesses so they can contact you about quotes, by phone, SMS and email. Those installers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including limiting access to authorised personnel and using secure storage.
